This was the best conference I've ever been to. Most sessions at NM conferences are largely geared towards the main/selling advisor, with little offerings and takeaways for back-office team members. There is so much I am bringing back to our team to implement - and I'm really encouraged by feeling that my role/contributions are extremely important as well. The location and venue were amazing. I felt there was so much thought that went into everything - from the backpacks & goodies, the handout (for track 1), and the evening dinners with special experiences. The food tour option was also exceptional! The Heckmann team made us all feel so welcome and like family.
